Elevation3D is a finalist for our 2018 ExhibitorLIVE 10×20 inline exhibit, which engaged crowds in Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay in February 2018. The custom exhibit design featured an interactive wall that projected audience members’ movement onto a large AV wall, disrupting looping messaging. In addition to the interactive technology, the custom-branded environment included a looping video and semi-private meeting area where guests interacted with Elevation3D staff. The exhibit design as well as exhibit fabrication were all completed by the Elevation3D from our Boston and Las Vegas offices. The trade show display in Las Vegas marked the public announcement of Elevation3D’s acquisition of a second full service location

Exhibitor Magazine has announced its elite lists of finalists for the Annual Portable/Modular Awards. Elevation3D is proud to move forward as finalists in two categories: Best In-Line Exhibit and Best Use of Technology.

Elevation3D Expands Team Following Acquisition

SHREWSBURY, Mass. and LAS VEGAS, Nov. 27, 2018 — Elevation3D, a full-service design, production, and face-to-face marketing firm, is proud to announce additions to its Greater Boston and Las Vegas teams. Additions to the Account Executive, Client Services, and Media teams support the company’s acquisition of Exhibit Fair International, Inc. (EFI).

Sheila Bryant, Senior Account Executive, brings over 25 years of industry experience, specializing in custom and rental trade show exhibits, corporate events, and branded environments. She has a strong record of success managing Fortune 500 accounts across consumer-packaged goods, technology, and pharmaceutical markets.

Kristin Sistrunk joins as the Client Services Manager. With over 10 years of experience, she has proven to be a valuable, hands-on partner for clients such as Timex, NEC Display Solutions, Altria Group, Topcon Positioning Systems, and Kimco Realty.

Michelle Liston, Senior Account Manager, brings 20 years of industry experience to Elevation3D’s Client Services team. She manages global accounts, executing successful exhibits at high profile trade shows including BlackHat, HIMSS, CES, and InfoSec.

Account Manager Heather Jenkinson’s industry experience spans 20 years, across multiple markets. Her exceptional client relationship portfolio includes Adobe, Monster.com, and Motorola. Her strong partnership and efficient planning are valuable additions to her clients’ successful programs.

Elevation3D also welcomes Account Manger Amanda Beaulieu. Amanda’s perspective from the client-side of the trade show and event industry will prove valuable to her clients. She has a strong background in the medical device and software solutions markets.

Josh Ayantola spearheads the Elevation3D Media department. Josh is a successful media producer with experience across multiple industries, including music, sports, and events. He creates impressive media and interactive solutions that have contributed to the success of numerous B2C and B2B brands.

Interview with EDPA Northeast Treasurer, Matt Johnson

Exhibit City News sat down with Matt Johnson, Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) Northeast Treasurer and Senior Account Executive at Elevation3D, to learn more about the EDPA’s pillars of education, succession and benefaction.

Supporting the EDPA’s mission and values, Matt plays an integral role in planning and producing numerous fundraisers including Ralley at the Alley and Project New Hope. The EDPA Northeast Chapter is one of the most active in the EDPA network, and attributes its successful efforts to the passionate and engaged board members and business sponsors.

“Our people care about helping. We are committed to helping. We have some of the most intelligent, supportive and caring people in the industry in our chapter and on our board. It makes what we do rewarding. When you can harness that talent and direct it towards something positive, only wonderful things will happen,” said Matt.

Matt Johnson has 20 years of trade show and event industry experience, and previously served as President of the EDPA Northeast. In his career he has supported custom and rental exhibit production, strategic trade show services and account management, as well as AV design and installation. Matt’s experience spans B2B and B2C clients across a variety of industries, including technology, outdoor retail, and healthcare. He has partnered with major brands such as Columbia Sportswear Company, wePresent, and Sorel to flawlessly execute trade show and event programs across the United States.

Elevation3D Sponsors Exhilarate Worcester Music & Arts Festival

Elevation3D is a proud sponsor of the 2018 Exhilarate Worcester Music & Arts Festival. Elevation3D has partnered with local educators organizing the event to provide support and infrastructure to deliver an impactful event within the community. This festival not only supports a school within the community, but it also promotes local artists, musicians, and other small business within Worcester County.

The festival takes place on the Worcester Common on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 1:00pm – rain or shine. Musical acts, yoga classes, artists, and other vendors will be onsite throughout the event, which ends at 10:00pm. Exhilarate Worcester was founded by area educators to promote academic growth and provide opportunities for students attending the Woodland Academy, a Worcester Public School. The school welcomes over 600 students each year, of which 500 speak English as a second language, and a large majority of the students live in or have lived in traumatic environments. The festival will raise funds that will go directly to improving the quality of education the students at Woodland Academy receive by way of technology, and academic program memberships that improve language, math, and other crucial curriculum areas. Project brief

EXHIBITORLIVE is the trade show event for trade show professionals. In a room of exhibit producers selling many of the same services and skills, we wanted to stand out with from the crowd with our core differentiator: partnership. We knew we had to exemplify our message.

The solution

Evaluating the demographics of our audience as well as their own experience at the event, we created an opportunity for the audience to tune out the noise of the floor and experience powerful (and entertaining) moments of listening.

We created an AR experience in which users scanned one of the letters on our bold LISTEN wall, which then played an audio clip or music mash-up and custom video. Each graphic of the LISTEN wall corresponded directly to the theme of the AV clip.

Custom Exhibit + Immersive Content Creations

Project brief

FM Global is a prominent brand within the insurance and risk management industry and is heavily sought out on the trade show floor. They wanted to create a new interactive experience that would reinforce their brand as a forward-thinking leader in research and partnership.

At its largest, the exhibit would display at 20’x80’, but needed to be modular and scalable to 20’x30’ and 40’x50’ configurations as well, without sacrificing core experiential elements. FM Global tasked Elevation3D with designing and constructing a new exhibit as well as concepting and developing the technology experience for their exhibit.

The exhibit

There were several unique messages to convey to FM Global’s audience, including a first-of-its-kind research campus, a new facility in Asia-Pacific, and the unique roles of the FM Global team. Without a tangible product to display, their story and services needed to be communicated in a unique, memorable way.

Exterior

Elevation3D created a cohesive exterior concept, using LED tiles on the exterior of five archways to play a series synchronized videos featuring actual FM Global employees. The videos included both live action and animated graphics that were eye-catching from all angles of the booth exterior. Continuing the exterior content, interior arches displayed an interactive carousel from which audiences used gesture-based technology to select a team member and play a video, all of which was captured by Elevation3D.

Interior

Moving toward the center of the exhibit, a touchscreen monitor allowed audiences to select a tour of the multi-faceted research campus in the United States, or the new facility in Asia.

Each campus tour was displayed on a large LED monitor and included several videos that utilized both B-roll footage and 2D graphics to highlight the key features and research benefits of each campus. In addition to the composition, editing, and graphics for each video, Elevation3D also provided the scriptwriting and voiceover recordings.

Vibrant 2D graphics capturing key brand messages were also incorporated throughout the space. A hospitality area featured tablets where guests could choose to experience the content from all of the other archways, as well as additional digital information either on their own or with an FM Global staff member.

Content Creation

In addition to the media content created for the exhibit, Elevation3D also created a promotional video that was used on the event channel at host hotels as well as throughout the exhibit hall.

This engaging and attention-grabbing exhibit was scalable to several footprints. It not only impressed audiences and competitors alike, but it also received Best of Show at RIMS 2019 where it debuted.

Custom Exhibit with AV Integration

Project brief

NEC Display Solutions showcases their extensive product line at several trade shows throughout the year. They wanted an exhibit space that integrated their products and had a clean, modern design.

The solution

We created a bold structure that was impactful from the exterior and interior. NEC’s innovative solutions were integrated into the booth design and layout to showcase product performance and elevate the aesthetic.

Large archways were eye-catching and strategically efficient. The archways created distinction between different markets the solutions were intended for, provided storage, and created support to mount products such as projectors. Products were prominent and easily accessible for audience interaction.

In contrast with the large black and white structural components, bold graphics and digital signage illuminated the space from all angles.
